Working on a minor repair turned major repair today. A tenant lost power to their condo. After troubleshooting, we found an illegally repaired meter base (clearly done by an unqualified person).
To properly and safely repair this tenant we had to shut down power for an entire day to a total of five residents. We will also have to temporarily disconnect power to eight other residents for about 30 minutes. We have been communicating with the city inspection office, 13 residents, HOA, multiple landlords, several electrical suppliers, Oncore technicians and planning development. We’ve probably made about 50 phone calls and have been on the phone and emails since 6am this morning. We do whatever it takes to make repairs like this as seamless as possible. How can we help you today?
